The Olive Tree Apartment Hove is a stylish, exceptionally spacious and comfortable apartment offering a touch of luxury. The apartment is situated within the heart of Hove and is just a stone’s throw away from Brighton with local shops, restaurants, pubs and local attractions just a 15–20-minute walk away.
The apartment has its own private entrance and is fully equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing stay. Please note that there are steep steps down to the property.
We provide a complimentary starter pack which includes tea, coffee, sugar, a bottle of prosecco, plus additional items. Handwash and complimentary toiletries, a picnic hamper, vintage tea set and a bowling set are available for your use.

Things to do nearby
Hove is a scenic and exciting area situated adjacent to the vibrant city of Brighton and within very easy reach of other seaside resorts such as Worthing and Eastbourne.
From the apartment, walk just 3 minutes down the road to the extensive beach where there is also a beautiful, grassed area (picnics and local events), a large promenade, little cafes, bike hire facility (from 3p per minute) and the famous beach huts all surrounded by historical Victorian and Georgian architecture.
Walking up the apartment street, there is a very good public house (Hove Place) and a thriving coffee shop (The Flour Pot) all within a two-minute journey. Just a little further on Church Road there are a large variety of restaurants, bars which include the fabulous 'Gin Tub', shops and supermarkets.
Everything is within walking distance of the property. Just 15/20 minutes’ walk takes you along to Brighton city, where there are many attractions including the new British Airways i360, the Victorian Pavilion, the famous 'shopping Lanes' and extensive restaurants, bars and shops. You really don't need a car as everything is so nearby!

Please inform Olive Tree Apartment Hove in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The property charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
We take full payment for your stay.
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to apartment type and the conditions of your required room.
The minimum age for check-in is 18.
Children of any age are welcome. Children aged 16 years and above are considered adults at this property. To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.
